    Shipment information:

    All monthly Boxes are sent out once each month. We anticipate all Boxes being shipped during the last week of each month unless otherwise specified.

    Some international shipments may take longer than 30 days to arrive depending on your countries customs and postal procedures. Please understand that we have no control over customs or your postal service or when they will release your order. International orders showing as delivered but are not at your specified mailing address are being reviewed by your country's customs agency. It is your responsibility to contact your local customs office or postal service to make arrangements for pickup and to make payment of any taxes and/or fees if necessary. Kwad Box and it's affiliates are not responsible for any additional charges or fees beyond product purchase.


    Will my first box be this month or next month?

    Signups are taken until 9pm PT on the 15th, unless otherwise specified. If you signup after 9PM PT on the 15th, your first Box will come in the following month. 

    For example, if you signed up on the 16th of January, the first Box you’d receive would be our February Box. And if you subscribed, your next billing date would be March 5th for your March box.


    Can I have a one-time purchase from the Members Store added to my monthly subscription Box to save on shipping?

    Unfortunately no. We have a very large number of subscription boxes that ship out every month. It would be very time consuming for us to track down a customers subscription box, combine it with their one-time purchase and then weigh and reprint the shipping label. This process would greatly reduce our productivity and take even longer for us to get everyone's monthly Boxes out the door!


    What payment methods are accepted?

    We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover.

    PayPal is accepted for one-time purchases only.


    When does my credit card get charged? 

    Your card on file will be charged for your first Box on the day you sign up. If you subscribe your next billing date will be on the 5th of each following month for that months Box.

    How do I update my card information?

    Once you are logged into your account, from your account page, click manage subscriptions, click billing information on the left then click edit on the right under the cc info.

    How do I update my subscription address?

    To update your address please log into your account then go to "manage subscriptions", click "edit", then click "edit" at the bottom under your address. Once you have made the necessary changes be sure to click save. Addresses need to be updated before your billing date for the changes to take effect on that months box!

    If you have already been charged for a box but we haven't started shipping yet we can still get the address changed for you! Send us an email to support@kwadbox.com containing your new address and let us know what you need.

    How do I track my Kwad Box Shipment? 

    You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the system to update its status.

    You can also log into your subscription dashboard to track your package.


    How do I update my subscription information?

    1. Login to your account.
    2. Click ‘Subscriptions’
    3. Click ‘Edit’
    4. From here you can Update your Information
    5. ‘Save’ your update


    Can I cancel my subscription? 

    • Rather than cancel, did you know you can skip months? Just shoot us an email telling us which months you would like to skip! 
    • If you would rather cancel your subscription, please send us an email as well.

    Can I exchange or return a Kwad Box?

    • We are not able to offer exchanges. In order for us to give you the best possible value, each order is individually procured therefore we have very little overstock.

    • Kwad Box is a monthly mystery box therefore returns are mostly due to an issue such as an ill fitting shirt or item damaged during shipping. Please email us concerning your return and if it is approved we will email you a shipping label. Please do not return any monthly boxes or items without emailing us first. Boxes or items returned to us without our approval will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping charges and for dropping off the approved return item(s) with a USPS facility. Please make sure your box is secure as we are not responsible for items lost during transit. Once your box is received by us we will review the contents and issue your refund accordingly less shipping charges.

    • If you have an issue with an electronic product in your Box please feel free to ask our communities for help on our Kwad Camp or Kwad Box Facebook group or open a support ticket with the manufacturer of that product. If you are still unable to reach a resolution please send us a support email and we will do everything we can to make things right!


    How do I change my shirt size? 

    1. Login to your account. 
    2. Click ‘Subscriptions’
    3. Click ‘Edit’
    4. Click ‘Change Product Variant’
    5. Select the new size you would like.
    6. ‘Save’ your choice.
